The Clean model does not require any investment from the property owner. We take care of the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and direct customer service for our laundromats. You only need to provide the space for installation, power, water supply, and an internet connection for the Clean app to function.

By choosing Clean, you can have a self-service laundry without an initial investment and with full support. We design the laundry according to your needs, install the machines, carry out commissioning, maintain a schedule of preventive maintenance, and handle repairs in case of any incidents. Additionally, we take care of the revenue collection generated by the laundry and pay your commissions monthly. We have an online system where you can check laundry usage and transparently monitor your commission amounts.

Furthermore, we provide continuous support to laundry users via phone, email, chat, and web form.

For us, quality is non-negotiable: our LG or Speed Queen machines are at the highest level of efficiency and performance, and our supplies are at the forefront of safety, both for nature and humans. Both the detergent and fabric softener used in the machines are certified for their biodegradability and hypoallergenic properties.

Our goal is to provide you with a personalized experience with quick response and closeness. We want to listen to your needs and offer you the best solution with high-quality standards.

Each month, you will receive a percentage of the previous month's sales as a commission for the sales made. We believe in mutually beneficial long-term partnerships, so we are committed to providing the best service to users to maximize the laundry's performance.

The payment cycle is monthly, corresponding to the sales amounts made in the previous month. Payment is made on the 20th of each month if the invoice from the customer is issued before the 15th of the same month.

Each laundry has its particularities, so we design it considering the projected number of users and the available space. Each machine occupies approximately 0.64 m² without considering the space needed for water, power connections, and drains. We invite you to contact us to design a laundry optimized to your requirements.

Once the space is ready for machine installation, the installation is completed on the same day. Please note that the space must be equipped with ventilation ducts, drainage channels, water inlets, electrical connections, and Wi-Fi for the App's use. To ensure a satisfactory installation and optimal laundry operation, we conduct prior on-site visits to verify that the facilities meet the necessary standards for the laundromat's commissioning. Given this, from the request to commissioning, we estimate at least one month if the space is already built.

Clean is characterized by using machines with the latest technology. Our laundromats are equipped with washers and dryers from LG and Speed Queen, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in the washing and drying processes.

There are no associated maintenance costs. Clean's model includes both maintenance and repairs in case of incidents.

Clean indemnifies for damages caused by machine defects and/or gross negligence or malpractice by Clean. Additionally, all our installations are covered by liability insurance that covers damages and losses Clean may cause to third parties.

We are known for providing users with the most advanced technology for paying for their laundry services and adapting to their consumption habits. Our App is designed to allow payments through cards and online payment platforms, providing maximum convenience and speed for purchasing wash and dry cycles.

In particular cases where implementing the App is impossible, we offer card payments through physical readers.

Yes, our App accepts payments with foreign cards.

Yes, our App can be configured according to the user's preferred language. Currently, you can choose between English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Catalan, and French.

Our laundromats have instructions to guide and facilitate the washing and drying processes. Additionally, each laundromat's signage provides a contact phone number and/or email address for users to resolve questions and report incidents. Moreover, from our App, users can access 24/7 help chat. Finally, they can send us any comments or suggestions through the web page form.

Our laundromats can be used 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year.
