BASES LEGALES DEL SORTEO “ENCUESTA LAVANDERÍAS LIVENSA Y CAMPUS X”
1. ORGANIZADOR DEL SORTEO
El presente sorteo está organizado por Clean Laundry Solutions S.L., con domicilio social en Carrer de la Mora 44, 08918 Badalona, España, y NIF B02956621.
2. OBJETO Y PARTICIPACIÓN
El sorteo tiene como finalidad incentivar la participación en una encuesta de satisfacción sobre los servicios de lavandería prestados en Livensa Living y Campus X.
Podrán participar únicamente aquellas personas que:
- Hayan utilizado los servicios de lavandería en cualquier alojamiento Livensa Living o Campus X entre septiembre de 2024 y mayo de 2025.
- Hayan completado correctamente la encuesta facilitada.
El periodo para responder la encuesta y participar en el sorteo finaliza el día 30 de junio de 2025.
- Sean mayores de 18 años.
3. PREMIO
Se sorteará una tarjeta regalo de Amazon valorada en 50 €, que se entregará al participante seleccionado de forma aleatoria entre todos los que cumplan con los requisitos.
4. FECHA Y PUBLICACIÓN DEL SORTEO
El sorteo se celebrará el día 7 de julio de 2025 y el nombre del ganador será publicado ese mismo día en la cuenta de Instagram @ccleanlaundry.
5. COMUNICACIÓN DEL GANADOR
El ganador será contactado por correo electrónico. Si no responde en un plazo de 7 días naturales, se seleccionará un suplente.
6. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS
Los datos personales serán tratados por Clean Laundry Solutions S.L. conforme al RGPD y la LOPDGDD, exclusivamente para la gestión del sorteo. Los participantes pueden ejercer sus derechos escribiendo a info@cclean.app.
7. ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES
La participación implica la aceptación total de estas bases. El organizador se reserva el derecho de modificar o cancelar el sorteo por causas justificadas.

1. ORGANIZER
This giveaway is organized by Clean Laundry Solutions S.L., with registered office at Carrer de la Mora 44, 08918 Badalona, Spain, and tax ID B02956621.
2. PURPOSE AND ELIGIBILITY
The purpose of the giveaway is to encourage participation in a satisfaction survey regarding laundry services provided at Livensa Living and Campus X.
Eligibility requirements:
- Participants must have used the laundry services at any Livensa Living or Campus X residence between September 2024 and May 2025.
- Participants must complete the survey in full.
The deadline to complete the survey and enter the giveaway is June 30, 2025.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
3. PRIZE
One €50 Amazon gift card will be raffled among eligible participants through a random selection.
4. DRAW DATE AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The draw will take place on July 7, 2025, and the winner's name will be published the same day on Instagram @ccleanlaundry.
5. WINNER CONTACT
The winner will be contacted by email. If no reply is received within 7 calendar days, a new winner will be selected.
6. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be processed by Clean Laundry Solutions S.L. solely for the purposes of managing this giveaway, in accordance with GDPR. Participants may exercise their data rights by contacting info@cclean.app.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation implies full acceptance of these terms. The organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons.

1. ORGANIZZATORE
Il presente concorso è organizzato da Clean Laundry Solutions S.L., con sede legale in Carrer de la Mora 44, 08918 Badalona, Spagna, e P. IVA B02956621.
2. SCOPO E REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Il concorso ha l’obiettivo di incentivare la partecipazione a un sondaggio sulla qualità del servizio di lavanderia presso le residenze Livensa Living e Campus X.
Requisiti:
- Avere utilizzato i servizi di lavanderia presso una residenza Livensa Living o Campus X tra settembre 2024 e maggio 2025.
- Aver completato correttamente il sondaggio.
Il termine per completare il sondaggio e partecipare al concorso è il 30 giugno 2025.
- Avere almeno 18 anni.
3. PREMIO
Verrà estratta a sorte una carta regalo Amazon del valore di 50 €, che sarà assegnata a un partecipante selezionato casualmente tra tutti gli idonei.
4. DATA E PUBBLICAZIONE DEL VINCITORE
L’estrazione si terrà il 7 luglio 2025 e il nome del vincitore sarà pubblicato lo stesso giorno su Instagram @ccleanlaundry.
5. COMUNICAZIONE DEL VINCITORE
Il vincitore sarà contattato via email. Se non risponde entro 7 giorni di calendario, sarà selezionato un vincitore supplente.
